Bank transfers can also be arranged in advance. Please note, checks are not accepted.
Full payment and the security deposit are required before picking up your vehicle.
Security Deposit – Simple & Transparent
The security deposit guarantees compliance with rental terms and varies depending on:

- Booking source
- Selected insurance options
- Optional extras
Collected at the start of your rental, the deposit remains for the entire rental period and ensures peace of mind for both parties.
Deposit Release – Hassle-Free
Your deposit is released when returning the car, as long as:
- The car is returned on time
- Fuel level matches the pickup level
- No new damages are present
Any issues are communicated transparently with photos and reports. We ensure a fair and clear process for all our customers.
Credit Card Policy
Cards must be used by the cardholder only. The name on the card must match the person present when signing the rental contract.
If the cardholder is absent, it cannot be used for payment or as a security deposit.
Important: Payment & Deposit Before Pickup
Full rental payment and security deposit must be completed before picking up your car.
Without these, delivery of the vehicle cannot proceed.
